bte55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by bte55 will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Where bte55 determines that a player was under 21 at the time of registration or at the time any bets were placed, bte55 will void all wagers placed during that period, return any net deposits made (excluding any winnings generated), and permanently close the account. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.
To access the full functionality of the bte55 Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration process. Any account registered using false or incomplete information may be suspended or permanently closed at bte55's sole discretion, with any balance held pending investigation.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bte55. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where bte55 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all such accounts may be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bte55 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bte55 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify bte55 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting [email protected].
Before processing any withdrawal, bte55 requires completion of KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC and, where requested, proof of your payment method. KYC verification is a one-time requirement per account. bte55 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time where there is a reasonable compliance or security concern.
bte55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bte55 does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies or via cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bte55 Balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated by bte55 from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed during bte55 business hours. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. bte55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where there is a compliance, security, or fraud concern. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Bonus Funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from Bonus Fund wagers may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
All bets placed on bte55 are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and bet type — before confirming. bte55 is not obliged to void or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred (see Section 6.3).
Bets may only be placed using funds available in your real-money Balance. bte55 does not extend credit under any circumstances. If your Balance is insufficient to cover a requested stake, the bet will not be accepted.
Where bte55 determines that a bet was accepted due to an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to decimal odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price — bte55 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to your Balance. bte55 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at bte55's discretion, including during critical moments of a sporting event. Bets placed before the suspension signal is processed are binding; bets placed after the market has suspended will be rejected. bte55 will not be responsible for communication delays between your device and the Platform that result in a bet being placed outside an intended window.
Cricket betting on bte55 — including PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 International markets — is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or postponed, settlement will follow bte55's official cricket settlement rules as published on the Platform at the time the bet was placed.
bte55 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to KYC verification being complete. Accounts under active investigation may not be eligible for voluntary closure until the investigation is resolved.
Upon account closure, whether initiated by you or by bte55, all pending bonus funds, unwagered bonus amounts, and winnings generated from bonus wagers that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Settled winnings from real-money wagers will be returned to your registered payment method where bte55 is not otherwise entitled to retain them under these Terms.
